When BCAA set out to launch its new Task Marketplace, the goal was simple: bring trust to the peer-to-peer space and make household chores feel effortless. Designed as a secure, local platform where British Columbians can hire verified Taskers for everything from yard work to installing TVs, the marketplace builds on the success of BCAA’s Auto Marketplace and extends the brand’s reputation for safety, reliability and member value into a new category.

To introduce the platform, we created “Choretasia,” a cinematic film inspired by the magic and chaos of the 1940’s classic, Fantasia. Blending practical effects, puppeteered tools, and a reimagined orchestral score that samples Paul Dukas’ The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, the long-form hero video dramatizes a world where chores can do themselves.
